Salsa recipe
Ingredients
6 large tomatoes, seeded and diced 1/2 inch (2 1/2 cups)
1 cup onion, diced 1/4 inch
2 Jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (add up to 3/4 cup to taste)
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Instructions

In a medium bowl, toss together all the ingredients to combine.

Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.

Serve.
